No matter have you been sailing previously in Croatia, if you havent visited one of this places, this could be your most essential sailing route for your next holidays!

Route-1-Noa Yachting

  1. day- Saturday- Marina Kaštela   –        during the high season, most probably you won’t be able to leave exactly 1st day- but this is not a disadvantage! Take a taxi tour to Trogir- historical UNESCO City- it narrow streets full with small restaurants, great coffee on waterfront or square will simply make you to fall in love with this city and come back at least once a year!  In case you booked offseason sailing (April, May, October) and you are able to sail the very first day- we recommend sailing to Šešula Bay or Maslenica / Island Šolta. Sesula bay is natural bay on the west side of the island Šolta, having cute restaurant on open/ with free moorings (if having lunch/ dinner there). Maslenica is having great smallMarina, with fancy restaurant, and offering showers and all standard facilities.
  2. day Sunday- Vis- (cca 30Nm) about 4 hours of cruising or  few more of sailing will get you to one of the most interesting islands of the middle Dalmatia- Vis island . Vis was an army base for long period, and this fact helped not to overbuilt island, and keep the natural beauties preserved.  There are lot of things what you can actually do on Vis, except swimming, snorkelling, diving.. Try great local food in POJODA or other great restaurants. Have a grappa on the top of the island at tavern ROKI’S (they are offering a free shuttle service if you eat there- but you can also rent a car for half day and explore island). Vis is also great for cycling and other outdoor activities. For ones who would like to enjoy more in live music/ see actual offer of The FORT GEORGE, medieval fort, newly  renovated – offering fancy food and live music during the summer season.
  3. day Monday – KOMIŽA, about 1,5 hour from Vis- but you need to make few great swimming stops by the way. Not to miss: a great Green cave/ on the photos above (not to switch with the Blue cave), Stiniva bay- a great natural bay (one from commercials, also on photos above), and if having enough time- army tunnels on the entrance of Vis bay, Stončica bay with great restaurant – just next to VIS. There are lot things (except great lunch in few local taverns) what you can do in Komiža- take a boat to the BLUE CAVE,  take a guided diving tour, go for a guided tour on the island- visiting all these army sites that you cannot go by yourself.
  4. day Tuesday – VINOGRADIŠĆE BAY- PAKLENI ISLANDS/ near Hvar island            One of our’s favourite bays offering great restaurants (very hard to decide where to go for a fancy dinner- to ZORI’S- one of the most fancy restaurants in the whole area, or to TOTOS offering great local food and big portions). At least we are sure where to go after a great lunch- to LAGANINI beach bar, one of the most fancy lounge bar’s on the coast. Vinogradišće bay has clear blue sea, and it is great that you are able to swim just around the boat, and also to the coast – to great lounge bar. Just bring some plastic bag for the money- and there is noting else that you would need here. we advise short morning walks for a espresso in Palmižana ACI marina (just 10 minutes).
  5. day Wednesday- HVAR   if you come early enough there is possibility to catch a mooring just in HVAR (IF not you can use mooring in ACI marina Palmižana and catch a water taxi to HVAR). if you have never been in HVAR it is a must visit place. Offering a great food, and a great place for first coffee in the morning- but also great night life!
  6. day Thursday- STARI GRAD/ island HVAR- if you would like to spent time now in less crowded place, and with more calming surrounding STARI GRAD is great city to explore.
  7. day Friday- LUČICE BAY/ Brač is a great bay for your last day/ before returning to your base in Kaštela. It has beautiful Chrystal blue sea- ideal for diving.  There are few restaurants also there offering a free buoys if you eat there.

There are many alternatives for this route- so you can also include BOBOVIŠĆE bay / island BRAČ, JELSA, island HVAR, Sveta Nedjelja- ISLAND HVAR, ISLAND ŠOLTA- offering few great spots as MASLENICA, ŠEŠULA BAY, STOMORSKA,
