CHARTER MANAGEMENT PROGRAM
We would like to make a short introduction of our new charter management program, explain how our program
works and offer business
cooperation. We
are a team of experienced professionals with the know-how and ability to run the company with a personal touch and sensibility to the needs of the clients, while tending to the specific technical demands
in maintaining and servicing our fleet.
As a boat owner your first step is to register a company in Croatia (if you don’t have one so
far). After that our charter service takes care of everything: maximum booking of your boating capacities, standby service for all the needs of our guests, legal matters, administering accounts,
maintaining the vessels (cleaning and repairing services), etc.
Our goals are returning guests and long-term collaboration with our boat owners, based on satisfaction with our services.
How do we intend to realize these goals?
- We shall promote your vessel on various boat shows in USA and Europe, personally and through agents.
Obtain booking for the vessel through a network of agencies, through our web site and personally through our
office. - Distribute advertising materials to booking
agencies. -
Extremely high quality vessel maintenance, performed by our own technical service. Our base manager has years of experience in the job and has earned a name for himself in the
business.
- 24/7 services for our guests. We shall make it our priority that our guests have personal attention and reliability from our services on any given situation.
All details related with expenses and booking will be always accessible. Your expenses and income will be
settled once a month.
The Owner can always use his vessel, when the vessel is charter-free. For long-term usage during the season,
vessel owner must inform charter provider six months in advance.
